• กรณีที่ไม่มั่นใจว่ากรอกรายละเอียดที่ต้องการครบถ้วนใน google forms สามารถติดต่อดีลงานผ่านทาง twitter DMs / email / discord @kurikabe•สามารถชำระเงินได้ผ่านช่องทาง Paypal / Kofi สำหรับคนไทย กรุงไทย กสิกร Truewallet (+20)• ทุกราคาคือราคาเริ่มต้น, ราคาอาจจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามสเกลดีเทลที่มีจำนวนมาก• สิทธิ์เชิงพาณิชย์ : งานโปรโมท, วีทูปเบอร์ , นิยาย และอื่นๆ
*ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานทุกประเภทลงขายในแพลตฟอร์ม NFT และอัพโหลดผลงานลงเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI💬 สิทธิ์ของผู้ว่าจ้าง

4. ผู้วาดดำเนินตรวจเช็คในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายก่อนปิดงาน⚠️ผู้จ้างจำเป็นต้องส่งรายละเอียดที่ต้องการให้ครบถ้วน ทั้งรูปภาพประกอบและ ท่าทาง (หรือขนาดไฟล์ถ้าหากต้องการ เช่น A4 A5 postcard size, 2000x2000pixel แล้วแต่จะบรีฟ ไม่เกิน 300 dpi )[ ข้อตกลง ]

1. ผู้วาดจะออกแบบ(ร่างคร่าวๆ)ให้เลือก 1 จากที่ร่างให้ 2-3 แบบ
(กรณีต้องการดีไซน์อื่นเพิ่มโดยใช้เบสตัวละครเดิม ไม่เปลี่ยนเป็นตัวละครอื่น คิดเพิ่มเป็น 80% ของราคาที่ประเมินไว้ต่อ 1 ดีไซน์ แต่ถ้าเปลี่ยนท่าโพสเป็นอีกตัวละครจะคิดราคาเริ่มต้นเท่ากัน)
2. เมื่อเลือกได้แล้วจะนำดีไซน์ที่ผู้จ้างเลือกมาลงดีเทลให้ละเอียดขึ้น ในขั้นตอนนี้สามารถแก้ได้ในโควต้าที่กำหนด
3. หลังตรวจเช็คในขั้นตอนก่อนหน้าเรียบร้อย จะเริ่มเก็บรายละเอียดงาน
4. ตรวจเช็คในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายก่อนปิดงาน⚠️รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการตัดสินใจ⚠️
ผู้จ้างจะไม่ได้รับดีไซน์อีก 2 แบบที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานไป เนื่องจากเราคิดราคาแค่ในส่วนของดีไซน์ดราฟที่เลือกไว้เท่านั้นค่ะ
หากต้องการขอรับดีไซน์ดราฟที่เหลือที่ไม่ได้นำมาใช้จริง (เพื่อนำไปต่อยอด หรืออื่นๆ) กรุณาสอบถามก่อน จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

- สามารถนำดีไซน์ไปดัดแปลง เปลี่ยนชุดได้ตามต้องการ แต่ไม่ทำการแก้ไขหรือวาดทับลงบนภาพต้นฉบับ
- สามารถขายต่อได้ในราคาเท่ากับ/ไม่เกินที่รับไป *กรณีปล่อยดีไซน์ต่อพร้อมภาพคอมมิชชั่นตัวละครที่คัสตอมไป สามารถบวกค่าคอมมิชอื่นๆเพิ่มได้ตามปกติเลยค่ะ
- ไม่นำไปใช้กับกลุ่มตูน, ทำป้าย, NFT หรือเจนAI
- กรณีไม่ได้ปลดเชิงพาณิชย์แต่แรกจะไม่สามารถใช้ตัวภาพหรือดีไซน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้
- หากต้องการปลดสิทธิ์เชิงพาณิชย์ภายหลัง สามารถติดต่อมาจ่ายส่วนต่างเพิ่มได้ค่ะ (โดยให้ x2.5 จากราคาที่รับไป แล้วค่อยจ่ายส่วนต่างที่เหลือ) หลังปลดแล้วจะสามารถนำไปใช้ได้เชิงพาณิชย์ได้โดยครอบคลุมไปถึงภาพต้นฉบับ💬 details❈ The above price is only the starting price, excluding commercial use.

- Not allow for commercial purposes if it was not released for commercial use from the first
- If you want commercial rights later, you can contact me (( pay the remaining x2.5 from the price )) and accept used for commercially, including the original image.
